Networking Marketing is truly about helping people. I say this because with a JOB you will never become wealthy. You might earn a living, but never create financial freedom or have the time to spend with your family at the drop of the hat. Wouldn’t it be nice to drop off and pick up your kids up from school? Wouldn’t it be great to afford whatever you dreamed of ? Wouldn’t you just feel magnificent to not have to borrow money from people? I could go on for days with these questions, but if you are reading this you will understand or some of these will hit home! When I mentioned earlier that network marketing was about helping people I really meant it. It is having the ability to share the positive mindset of being your own boss or being the CEO of your own business. This the only industry that allows you to earn off of group effort versus individual effort. I am sure you understand that at a regular job you are getting paid what your boss believes you are worth to them. Who are they to determine your wealth. Honestly it is your fault and it isn’t your fault. We have been conditioned from birth to go to college and graduate to seek a great entrance salary or wage then retire 30 to 35 years later into poverty. Those days are over my friends! You will be lucky if you can keep a job in this hectic economy. People are losing their benefits and sick days and not to mention their hours while fuel and food prices are on the up and up.  You will really need to take charge of your life and create your own economy. I don’t mean play the lottery or hope to inherit millions of dollars. I don’t even mean open up a franchise, with a franchise you just got yourself another JOB.  The chances of winning the lottery are very slim. I am sure you agree. If you want to wait around for the economy to improve sorry to say you are a FOOL!  Capitalize on the moment and share the vision of an opportunity to change a lot of peoples lives. You are showing you care by introducing people to a better way of life. Remember at a JOB you are helping someone else achieve their dreams, while you get a paycheck that doesn’t cover your residual bills. Network marketing is powerful when you find a great product or service that allows you to get residual income to offset your residual bills. Doesn’t that sound good? Just imagine if you had about 4 to 5 strong desired self-starters in your organization working for the same cause….FINANCIAL FREEDOM.

If everyone just created small teams they would grow into huge armies across the globe! Your lifestyle would change in incredible fashion! Just imagine if you worked hard for yourself the way you did at your job how your income would look! You can a always start part-time and work your way up to full-time. You just have to manage your time wisely. For instance, at work during your lunch and breaks get a few calls or video emails in to chip away at your goals. Same as after work do what you have to do home, then get to business. Schedule your time( use your alarm on your cell phone for reminders) on paper and have it very close to your work area. Make sure your work area isn’t cluttered because it will distract you from your duties. Make sure if you are doing Social Media prospecting you are not just surfing on FaceBook . Build your relationships and rapport and move on to the next, no looking at the gossip and pollution on other people walls. Stay laser beam focused on your goals that your wrote down in the beginning. I was told that if your why doesn’t make you cry it isn’t serious enough.

There are tons of online methods I could talk about and there are tons of offline methods I could speak on. Good offline techniques should be done while you are already out. I say this because you will feel more comfortable versus going out to do them. One I found very helpful is $100 dollarbill drop cards. Just imagine seeing a $100 dollar bill on the ground..would you pick it up? I know you would because I would lol. When a person reads the back either they will keep it because you peaked interest or they will toss it for the next person. Sooner of later it will fall in the hands of someone that truly wants to change their lives. They are know as sizzle cards also for the message they can have on the back of them. My favorite is IF YOU WANT TO WORK YOUR WHOLE LIFE THAT’S YOUR BUSINESS IF YOU DON’T THAT’S MY BUSINESS! That is right to the point. The crucial part of this is that if you include a phone number or website make sure it will filter out the people that are  tire-kickers or not serious for change( these are usually the ones that have the job mentality). It is all about delivering the message by some of 3rd party tool! We don’t have time to explain everything to everyone. We are just the messenger! I have a huge arsenal of offline and online prospecting methods, but if I went on and one this article would be never-ending! Find a good network marketing company that will pay you on the front end and the back end to keep your business profitable, but just don’t sign up just anyone in your business for that reason.Provide training effectively to every new rep within the first 72 hours, then have them stay in the recruiting and retailing phase. People will enter your business and do 1 of these 3 things move slow, move fast, or don’t move. Don’t take it personally, that is the name of the game. Remember we are dealing with personalities Just keep adding to the team and if they aren’t in a qualifying position they will experience fear of loss. Therefore they are forced to do something or get out of the way. Some people are creative from birth while a large majority will need effective scripts. This will help them out big time so there is no fumbling or stuttering involved! Next be there to do a 3 way for your team so you can go through the edification process and enroll!
